By accessing or using the LaPausa mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Libyan Dinar (LYD) and include applicable taxes. We accept cash on delivery and store credit as payment methods.
We currently provide delivery services within Tripoli Tower only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with the operation of our platform, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
LaPausa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
